Description
The Freewell Mist Edition Threaded Bright Day Variable ND Filter (2-5 Stops, 77mm) is a variable 2 to 5 f-stop neutral density filter that incorporates a 1/8 VMD layer of mist diffusion. The filter darkens the entire image so you can photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than usual; to reduce the depth of field or extend shutter speeds to increase image blur. The added 1/8 VND reduces the look of digital sharpness and enhances light bloom without sacrificing overall sharpness.
