Description
The Mitakon Zhongyi Turbo Mark II Adapter for Micro Four Thirds Lens to Nikon Z Camera is designed to enable the mounting of M42-mount lenses on Nikon Z-mount cameras. It is optimised for APS-C sensors and provides a reduction in the angle of view by 0.726x. Additionally, the adapter decreases the maximum aperture of the lens by 1 f-stop. By incorporating four optical elements, the adapter condenses light from a M42-mount full-frame lens and projects it onto the camera's APS-C sensor. This allows the sensor to capture the full extent of the lens's transmitted light, effectively eliminating the 1.5x crop factor and providing full-frame-equivalent coverage on non-full-frame sensors. Moreover, the adapter increases the maximum aperture by 1 f-stop, enhancing the lens's performance in low-light conditions.
