Compatible with li-ion/IMR cells from 10440 to 26650, including 18650 and 22650, and accepts NiMH and NiCD cells in AA, AAA, AAAA, C, and D sizes. The unit restores power to as many as 4 batteries simultaneously in individual channels, and, thanks to its intelligent system, automatically detects the battery types and capacities and selects the appropriate current. It also allows for the manual selection of charging modes when li-ion or LiFeP04 cells are inserted, and can prioritise the charging of one or two cells over others. Additionally, the SC4 features a USB power bank for charging smartphones and other devices once your batteries have been refuelled.
You need not worry about damage to your cells, as the SC4 offers a health detection feature and provides protection against reverse polarity and short-circuiting. It's also capable of detecting and reviving 0V IMR batteries via the recovery mode, and testing and activating depleted li-ion cells prior to charging. As a bonus, the SC4 is equipped with a cooling system that automatically controls the temperature to prevent overheating.
The unit's high-definition colour LCD monitor shows mode, battery type, charging time, voltage, and current. This display utilises multi-domain vertical alignment (MVA) technology, which results in uniform brightness at different viewing angles. An energy-saving function automatically dims the display after three minutes of inactivity. The SC4 runs on universal 100-240 VAC or 12 VDC power and includes a cord for connection to an outlet.
