Panasonic AV-HS60U2E 2ME Video Switcher Main Frame (Dual Power)
The AV-HS6000 is a 2ME model of the HS series, which has a newly developed, easy to use GUI control unit.
Despite its compact 3U size, the main unit is equipped with redundant power supplies, 32 SDI and 2 DVI inputs as well as 16 SDI outputs, thus offering excellent system integration possibilities. In addition, 4 DVEs per ME allow for different transitions in all situations during the production of creative videos.

The image mixer has a newly developed, easy-to-use GUI control panel and thus supports time-critical production processes.
The main unit offers 32 SDI and 2 DVI inputs as well as 16 SDI outputs, with four DVEs per ME allowing multiple transitions even in hectic situations. The AV-HS6000 also offers four multi-viewer outputs with a maximum of 16 splits per channel. Up to 81 clips (30sec / clip) can be stored with an optional, non-volatile video memory. The AV-HS6000 is also ideal for professional users in situations where fast response is required. All controls are arranged in an intuitive layout and the optional 10.1-type touchscreen panel can also be used as a multi-view display.

"Panasonic's software development kit (SDK) ensures that the AV-HS6000 can be easily expanded with new features. Third-party vendors and professional SI users can add new features with self-developed plug-in software."
The AV-HS6000 supports both HD and SD-i format signals and 59.94 Hz, 50 Hz, and 24 Hz (or 23.98 Hz) as the system frequency. The AV-HS6000 ensures efficient operation and can be used worldwide for the production of digital cinema films.
