The PocketWizard Remote Camera Cable for Canon E3 Connection (0.9m) is used with the PocketWizard MultiMAX or FlexTT5 transceivers to provide remote shutter activation as well as "wake up" function to Canon cameras with the E3 connection, such as the entire Digital Rebel series. FlexTT5 transceiver's built-in hot shoe enables E-TTL flash exposure with remote camera triggering.
Going beyond the standard PocketWizard pre-trigger cables, the CM-E3-ACC really does 2 things when combined with MultiMAX or FlexTT5 transceivers:
