Description

In addition to its 1080p display and comprehensive set of software functions, the 1703 Full HD 17" Studio Production LCD Monitor from SmallHD is milled from billet aluminium for ultra durability, and offers an accessory rail system on the rear for rapid deployment. This advanced 17" production monitor is built to last and to provide efficient ease of use.

The 1703 features dual 3G/HD-SDI and HDMI input and output, 8-bit colour depth, and 700:1 contrast ratio. The full list of software tools includes custom LUTs, LUT downstream, and LUT import for a full LUT workflow, as well as anamorphic de-squeeze, waveform, vectorscope, and much more.

The rail system on the rear is comprised of several rows of cold shoe rails that could prove essential in saving you substantial amounts of setup and teardown time. It allows you to slide various gear and accessories, such as wireless transmitters and receivers, right onto the rails.

Providing for further ease of use, the 1703 Studio Production LCD Monitor also allows for hassle-free power via a 4-pin XLR input and LEMO power output. You can conveniently secure a Gold Mount or V-Mount battery plate on the rear and connect a battery using the XLR input. A variety of accessories are available from SmallHD for this monitor, including a screen protector, C-Stand with table stand kit, and cheese plate power kits.
