Designed specifically to integrate into your FS7 camera, the Tilta V-Mount Battery Plate for Sony FS7 provides you a way to power your camera and onboard accessories from a single V-mount battery. The battery plate solidly attaches to your FS7 allowing you to mount optional large capacity V-mount batteries on the back of the camera without significantly altering the balance. Built-in power ports support P-Tap as well as common DC voltage outputs.
Using this battery plate with optional V-mount batteries allows you to power onboard accessories using only one battery, instead of using many smaller DV style batteries to power the camera and additional accessories. This single battery powering solution preserves the handheld capabilities of your camera, as opposed to the effect of weight and balance shifts caused by multiple batteries when you operate your camera with accessories. The plate passes through your batteries power through the D-Tap, and provides separate regulated 8 VDC and two 12 VDC outputs. Four cables are included, so you can connect a device to each power output.
