The Ulanzi UURig Upgraded C-A6400 Video Camera Cage fits around your Sony a6400, a6300, or a6100, providing an external exoskeleton that protects your camera and allows you to attach accessories without stressing your camera's body. Made from aluminuim alloy, the lightweight cage is strong and durable, and it features a wood front panel grip for increased comfort. The wood grip can be removed, allowing you to mount a Sony a6500 or a6600 camera in the cage.
Two integrated cold shoes, one on top and one on the side, increase the number of cold shoe accessories you can mount, such as a microphone or on-camera light, and their offset position allows you to use both accessories at the same time. Multiple 1/4"-20 accessory mounting threads are distributed along the cage, allowing you to add accessories via articulating arms or other 1/4"-20 mounting system. The two 3/8"-16 threads with anti-twist divots allow you to attach heavier accessories without stressing your camera.
The integrated NATO rails allow you to add additional accessories quickly. The bottom of the cage is machined for compatibility with the Arca-Swiss quick release system, and it has multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes for mounting on a tripod. Nonslip camera pads and a raised tab at the front of the cage hold your camera securely and keep it from twisting.
