Lens Support Adapter (Sony FS5) is designed to attach to the Top Plate (Sony FS5) and clamp onto the E-Mount to PL Mount Pro when attaching to Sony FS5 camera. This is perfect for previous customers who purchased the E-Mount To PL Mount Pro (A7s) or E-Mount To PL Mount Pro (A7rII, A7sII, A7II) and are upgrading to FS5. Loosen the support ring thumbscrew to quickly remove the mount and install another adapter. Only the support ring is included.
