The d:vote 4099 Classic Touring Kit, 4 Mics and Accessories for Normal SPL from DPA Microphones is a complete solution for capturing instruments or vocals in recording and live sound reinforcement applications. It is ready for on-the-road-use such as for rental companies, musicians, theaters, touring companies, and more. It offers a wide selection of microphones and accessories selected for typical use.
The classic touring kit includes four 4099 instrument microphones with MicroDot connectors, four DAD6001BC MicroDot to 3-pin XLR (P48) with belt clip adapters, four miniature microphone cables, four clips for violin, two clips for cello, one clips for guitar, one clips for trumpet or sax, one universal clip, one clip for bass, and a Peli case for transport.
This kit features a detachable lightweight cable from gooseneck to XLR adapter and makes it convenient to mount the microphone on an instrument before connecting it. The low profile and unobtrusive design provides uncompromised sound quality and accurate dynamics for the majority of instruments. Standard gooseneck length is 5.5" (140mm) and can be altered with the optional gooseneck extension (sold separately) to add another 50% to the length.
- The flexible clip-on system provides fast, stable, and repeatable positioning. The mics can be easily positioned at different angles via the flexible gooseneck to match different radiation patterns and allow a variety of sound nuances
