The TFS CamLink Plus™ All-In-1 system provides up to 32 hours of battery-powered fibre based video transmission making it perfect for sports or events requiring long cable runs and without local power at camera positions. (AC/DC power supply is included). CamLink™ models are available with 500, 1000, 1500 or 2,000 feet of premium quality dual core TFS DuraTAC™ stainless steel armoured tactical fibre optic cables terminated with stainless steel TFS Magnum connectors. A compact 15,000 maH Lithium Ion Polymer battery attached to the reel hub provides up to 32 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. (LiPo battery charger included.)
A 3G-HD/SD-SDI fibre converter/transmitter installed and protected within the cable reel hub sends video with or without embedded audio over a single core tactical fibre cable. Two BNC connectors for video input and loop-out are conveniently located on the cable-reel hub for connection to camera and accessories. Up to 91.4 m of conventional coax cable can also be used to connect camera to the Camlink™ Reel as desired.
On the Studio side, a 3G-HD/SD-SDI fibre converter/receiver powered by an AC/DC power supply delivers perfect HD/SD-SDI to video switchers or other devices via TWO redundant BNC connectors. An optional 1RU rack-mount panel with space for installing up to four receiver/converters is available.
The CamLink Plus™ system featuring TFS DuraTAC™ stainless steel armoured cable and Magnum connectors is a highly durable cost effective solution for producers using wireless intercoms or when intercoms are not required.
