Description
The Tascam US-4x4 is a 4-channel USB audio interface designed for audio capture and reproduction at up to 24-bit/96 kHz resolution for musicians, vocalists, and producers in home and project studios, and mobile recording rigs. It features four Ultra-HDDA low-noise mic preamps fed by XLR jacks, four 1/4" inputs, four 1/4" line outputs, and NE5532 op-amps in the input and output sections. Its angled aluminium design enables easy visibility when placed on a desk or table.
Separate level knobs are provided for the two 1/4" stereo headphone jacks and 1/4" balanced line outputs 1-2. The headphone jacks are driven by 45mW (per channel) amplifiers. Rear-panel MIDI ports allow simple hook-up of your MIDI controller, keyboard, or synthesiser. Power the US-4x4 via USB connection to your compatible Mac, Windows, or iOS device or via the supplied AC adapter. Use your favourite DAW or download the supplied copy of Cubase LE and explore it.
