The sE Electronics X1 S Vocal Pack is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone and accessory package designed for quality vocal and podcast recording in project studios, home setups, and mobile rigs. It includes the X1 S cardioid studio condenser mic, a pop filter, shock mount, and a 10’ (3m) microphone cable.

The durable, metal-bodied X1 S features a handcrafted gold-sputtered capsule, wide frequency response and dynamic range, and a selectable 80 or 160 Hz low-cut filter to reduce rumble and low-frequency buildup. A switchable -10 or -20 dB pad minimises distortion when miking loud sources. The mic can handle a maximum SPL of 140 dB (160 dB with the -20 dB pad engaged). It utilises a gold-plated XLR 3-pin jack and requires 48 VDC phantom power. The included accessories aid in eliminating unwanted sounds from plosives and vibration.

The metal-bodied X1 S delivers a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and a selectable 80 Hz or 160 Hz low-cut filter to reduce rumble and low-frequency buildup. A switchable -10 dB or -20 dB pad minimises distortion when miking loud sources such as drums and amplified guitars. Even without a pad, the X1 S can handle a maximum SPL of 140 dB. It ships with a mic clip and thread adapter for easy mounting on a mic stand.
